No New Posts Victors' Village

The Victors Village of District 3. There are 12 houses built in the village, and are occupied by Victors who have won a past Hunger Game. If a Victor is living with Family members, and the Victor dies, then any living family members will be transfered back to their orginal living quarters.

Board Description
District Three
District three is the most polluted of all the districts, due to it's many factorys that make all the technolagy for Panem, from computers to helicopters. However, like the other districts, they are rarely allowed to keep any of the stuff they make, as most of it is shiped stright to the Capitol, for use by the army, and the rest is bought up by the remaining Capitol residents, leaving Capitol three relitvly rich, but just as technilogicly detitute as the rest of them. Unlike Districts One and Two, District Three is not a Career District.
